- Documentation and Control - Full procedures and documentation for drawings, change notes, non-conformance and all processes are in place.
- Quality Monitoring - First off, process and final inspection checks are carried out. All key processes monitored for trends daily, weekly and monthly.
- Traceability - All aspects of a project are tracked via customer purchase order, internal works order process, date and operator.
